Compakt Seal

PSI Compakt Seal er det perfekte supplementet til Original LINK-SEAL®. Ideell tetting for vegg gjennomføringer for gass, vann og avløpsrør samt for kabler (under hensyntagen til beregningsgrunnlagene og produktets egnethet på stedet) mot pressende og ikke-pressende vann. Trykkplater er alltid laget av rustfritt stål.

Prinsippett

Det 40 mm gummielementet komprimeres ved hjelp av metallskiver. PSI Compakts tetter det ringformede rommet mellom bærerør og foringsrør/kjernehull mot vann og gass.

Tilbehør

Vegghylser av PVC, stål og asbestfritt fiber sement; gummistøtteringer med leppetetninger Epoxy Resin for belegning av kjernehull.

Compakt FW

For district heating pipe wall penetrations subject to an expected water pressure of greater 0,1 bar, we recommend using Compakt FW, especially with pre-insulated or corrugated pipes.

Compakt Split (Folding version)

All split versions of PSI standard Compakt seals are foldable now. For cases in which the pipe is already installed, the seal can be folded apart, placed around the pipe andpushed into the correct position.

Compakt WR Super Soft

PSI Compakt WR Super Soft has been designed to reliably seal flexible corrugated, cable and installation protection pipe wall penetrations, against pressing and non-pressing water.

Specially designed double EPDM sealing elements allow for reliable sealing wall penetrations even with very thin-walled pipe types. With a total rubber width of 80 mm, the seal covers a particularly large part of the pipe surface, thus ensuring minimal surface pressure on the pipe.

Compakt DUO & TRIO

PSI annular space sealing system Compakt Duo is ideal for sealing the wall penetrations of gas, water and waste water pipes as well as cable lead-troughs against pressing and non-pressing water. By tightening the hexagon bolts the rubber is compressed by means of the pressure plates. In this way, a permanent sealing of the annular space between the wall and the pipe is achieved. The advantage is the use of one sealing system each, on the inside and outside of the building. This system can be disassembled any time needed

Varia Seals

The use of PSI Compakt Seal type Varia is flexible: as a temporary blind plug against non-pressing water or as a single lead-through for pressing water. The Sealing range of the Varia 1.5 for a core hole ID 100 mm is continuous from 18 mm – 65 mm because of the small steps (5 mm) per ring. The type Varia 1.0 for core drilled hole ID 100 mm is especially applicable for retrofitting service line wall penetrations. Varia ND 150 and ND 200 e.g. Seals a core drilled hole ID 150 mm and 200 mm and can be used for four different carrier pipe sizes. Due to the soft rubber quality the Seals are specifically suited for plastic pipes.

Compakt Varia 1.5 ND 100

The Compakt Seal type Varia 1.5 ND 100 is made for a core drilled hole/wall sleeve ID 100 mm and can be used for carrier pipes or cables continuously from 18 up to 65 mm.

Compakt Varia 1.5 ND 80

The Compakt Seal type Varia 1.5 ND 80 is made for a core drilled hole/wall sleeve ID 80 mm and can be used for carrier pipes or cables continuously from 18 up to 45 mm.

Compakt Varia 1.0 ND 100 split

The Compakt Seal type Varia 1.5 ND 100 is made for a core drilled hole/wall sleeve ID 100 mm and can be used for carrier pipes or cables continuously from 18 up to 65 mm.
